Pay & Incentives
- $0.70 per mile (loaded & empty; practical/PC miles paid)
- Average 3,000 miles per week
- Additional pay for accessorials
- Monthly performance bonus: $115
- Weekend bonus: $50 (for working Saturday or Sunday)
- Detention pay after 2 hours
- Stop-off pay: $12.50 per stop (after the first stop)
- $50 bonus for resetting on the road
Home Time & Schedules
Flexible scheduling options available:
- 4 days out / 3 days home (Full-Time)
- 3 days out / 4 days home (Part-Time)
- 5 days out / 2 days home (Full-Time)
- 6 days out / 36 hours home (Full-Time)
Specialized lanes (Passport/Hazmat):
- 5–6 days out per week
- Home for reset
- Average 3,500 miles per week
- ~90% drop & hook
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 5 days after 30-day probation
- 10 days after 1 year
- 15 days after 3 years
- 30 days after 6 years
- PTO paid at $250 per day (flat rate)
- PTO must be used before the end of the calendar year
Benefits
Available after 60 days (effective the 1st of the following month):

- $3,500 deductible
- $15 primary care copay
- $100 specialist copay
- $300 ER copay
- Premiums vary based on age (not health)
*Retirement options available (no 401k plan offered).
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Clean Clearinghouse (no SAP applicants)
- Must pass:
- DOT physical
- Drug screen
- Background check
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Automatic restrictions not accepted
- Must speak proficient English
- Must be a U.S. citizen
