These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website (sunfiretransportationllc.com), quote requests, and all freight, logistics, and transportation services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Sunfire Transportation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, requesting a quote, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We provide freight transportation, logistics, quoting, and related services for shippers, brokers, and carriers. Services may include pickup, transportation, delivery, and status updates for cargo. We act as a motor carrier, broker, or both depending on the shipment. All Services are subject to availability, carrier capacity, and applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you create an online account or submit information through our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

• Quotes are estimates only and are not binding until a shipment is booked and confirmed in writing.
• Rates, routes, and availability are subject to change without notice due to fuel prices, weather, carrier availability, or other factors.
• You must provide complete and accurate shipment details (description, weight, dimensions, value, special handling needs, etc.). Incorrect information may result in additional charges, delays, or refusal of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates our policies, applicable law, or safety standards.

• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All fees (freight charges, accessorials, fuel surcharges, etc.) must be paid in full before or upon delivery unless credit terms are approved.
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
• Refunds or adjustments are at our sole discretion and subject to our policies.

• Your Responsibilities: You warrant that all cargo is properly packed, labeled, and documented. You are responsible for ensuring the shipment does not contain prohibited items (hazardous materials without proper declaration, illegal goods, etc.).
• Our Responsibilities: We will exercise reasonable care in transporting your cargo. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
• Liability Limits: Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed cargo is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual value of the cargo or (b) $100 per shipment (or the maximum allowed under the Carmack Amendment for interstate moves). Higher valuation and insurance may be available upon request and payment of additional fees.
• Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery (or expected delivery).

We strongly recommend you obtain your own cargo insurance. We do not insure cargo unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website or Services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse any accessible systems.

Violation may result in immediate termination of Services and pursuit of legal remedies.

All content on our website (text, logos, images, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including non-payment or violation of these Terms). You may stop using the Services at any time, but outstanding payments remain due.

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific delivery times.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business interruption).
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in La Porte County, Indiana. You agree to waive any right to jury trial and to bring claims only on an individual basis (no class actions).

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates changes. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or via email (if you have an account). Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign freely.
